The mission of Johansen Olympia Dance Center is to offer high quality dance training for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in a positive and nurturing environment. We will encourage all students to excel to their fullest potential while developing confidence, discipline, self-expression, appreciation for the art form, and a healthy lifestyle, all while having fun.

Ballet Northwest’s Nutcracker auditions Save the date for Ballet Northwest’s Nutcracker auditions on Saturday, September 24th. No previous experience necessary although dancers must be eight years old by August 31st. Performances are December 9th-18th at the Washington Center. “Arabesque: A Dance Journey”, a fundraiser for the South Sound YMCA Studio dancers will be featured in “Arabesque: A Dance Journey” at the Minnaert Center at SPSCC on Saturday, October 8th at 7:30pm.
